By accessing or using TranscripTool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service description

TranscripTool helps users transcribe social videos and MP4 files into text and subtitles using AI. The service is provided as is and may change without prior notice.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

4. Plans and payments

We offer a free plan with limited minutes and a Pro plan with 500 monthly minutes. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. You may cancel through your Stripe billing portal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

Transcribe content you do not have rights or permission to process
Attempt denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized access
Resell the service without permission
Violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction

6. Limitation of liability

TranscripTool is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from use of the service. AI transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, background noise and other factors, and we do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service immediately for any reason, including violation of these terms.
